Tenant Referral

Let us be your Resource in Property Management

Guardian Property Management accepts tenant referrals from real estate professionals. We partner with many agents in our network to show certain properties where an agent is required. We will pay tenant referral fees to agents under the following conditions:

1. The agent must show the property.
2. The agent must submit a referral form.
3. The tenant must sign a lease and take possession of the property.
